Are you fatigued and stressed from long lectures and course work? Could brainwaves predict your mental workload, stress or fatigue?
Come and help our researchers from the Department of Computing at Imperial College London to find out!
We will record your brain waves with a wearable electroencephalography (EEG) device while you engage in some simple tasks. These include memorising and recalling a sequence of digits, performing simple arithmetic, counting recurring events, focusing on the sensation of breathing and a simple pole-balancing game.
The collected data will train algorithms that can be used for many things, such as adapting a work task to the user’s cognitive state, increasing the effectiveness of training systems or even tailoring the patient’s rehabilitation.
If you want to help out our research team you can register to be a participant in our experiment!
There is a small gift of £30 to every participant
